1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SparkySafe NSW mobile application ("the App") or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Subscription & Access

SparkySafe NSW is a subscription-based service. A 7-day free trial is offered to new users. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing the chatbot and platform features.

• Subscription management is handled via RevenueCat.
• If a subscription is cancelled, access to the platform will be revoked at the end of the billing period.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are kept current.

3. Permitted Use

SparkySafe NSW is intended for use by licensed electricians, electrical contractors, and trade professionals in New South Wales, Australia.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and AI systems within SparkySafe NSW are the intellectual property of SparkySafe NSW and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

SparkySafe NSW is an advisory tool only. The AI-generated responses do not constitute licensed professional electrical advice.

SparkySafe NSW accepts no liability for any decisions made based on outputs from the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are breached.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
