Payment Policy

1. Subscription Plans

SparkySafe NSW offers two subscription plans: a Monthly Plan at AUD $19/month and an Annual Plan at AUD $190/year. All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.

2. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is required to begin the trial.

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected subscription plan will activate.

3. Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• You will receive a notification before each renewal.
• Billing is processed securely through RevenueCat and the respective App Store.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store subscription settings. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Contact support@sparkysafensw.com.au within 7 days of the charge.

6. Price Changes

Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
